Old Branding
This is a collection of the branded stuff from the MenuBar version of richardwinskill.co.uk. Pretty much all of these are out of date (mainly because I updated the logo), so this page is mainly an archive of the sections from the old design of the website.
Logos
Basic
This logo was not shown; it was the basic logo with no background.
All the other logos were shown at the top of the menu bar that was on the left.
Time of Day
The 4 time themed logos were shown during the period of the day they represent (based on BST).

Animated logos
These were never used as logos for the site, I just threw them together one afternoon when I was bored.

Animated Cursors
If, for some reason, you'd quite like some ainimated richardwinskill.co.uk cursors for Windows, you can download them here. If you don't, there are also some other styles to choose from.
The animated examples are links to the cursor files. To set the cursor, go to your mouse properties in the Control Panel, go to the Pointers tab, double-click on the appropriate cursor and browse to where you saved the file. Working in the Background is only available in the 3D-Gold style.
Please Note: The black line at the end of the two animated examples of the 'Moving Black Background' cursors is not present in the actual cursors. I have no idea why the animated GIF kept insisting on putting it there...

Screensavers
If you'd like a richardwinskill.co.uk screensaver for Windows, then there are several to choose from...
Unfortunately, somewhere along the line I lost the installation files; that means that none of the links will work. Therefore this section is purely an archive of the old page.
Fade in and out
Download and run the installation file to get a screensaver that looks something like:

except much bigger and better quality. Moving the mouse won't cancel the screensaver, you'll have to press the 'Esc' key on the keyboard
Faded swivel and fly out
Download and run the installation file to get a screensaver that looks something like:

except much bigger and better quality, and with a faded swivel rather than just a fade. Moving the mouse won't cancel the screensaver, you'll have to press the 'Esc' key on the keyboard
Advert
Download and run the installation file to get a screensaver that doesn't look anything like:

Moving the mouse won't cancel the screensaver, you'll have to press the 'Esc' key on the keyboard
Spinning Squares
Download and run the installation file to get a screensaver that looks something like:

except much bigger and better quality. Moving the mouse won't cancel the screensaver, you'll have to press the 'Esc' key on the keyboard
Virus Detected
Download and run the installation file to get a screensaver that looks something like:

except much bigger and better quality. Moving the mouse won't cancel the screensaver, you'll have to press the 'Esc' key on the keyboard
Link to richardwinskill.co.uk
If you wanted to link to richardwinskill.co.uk, you were free to use the plain-text link or one of the images below. You could use the HTML code beside each image and link to the pictures on this server, or you could save the pictures to your website's directory and change the HTML accordingly.
The second option is better, as the names of the files are likely to change, and you would then be using the wrong image.

KDE Splash Screen
If you didn't know, KDE is a Linux desktop environment (the K Desktop Environment to be specific,). When it loads on boot-up, a splash screen appears with an image at the top, flashing icons for each stage of loading, and a status bar. This is a richardwinskill.co.uk-themed alternative.
Obviously it will only work in Linux (it might work in GNOME (another Linux deskop environment) as well as KDE, but I don't know)
To install the splash screen, create a folder
~/.kde/share/apps/ksplash/pics
(The first charachter is a tilde (~) it may be shown as a dash in your browser)
and download splash.zip and uncompress the 4 images into the 'pics' folder.
If there are already files in the folder, you can move them to another folder incase you want to use them again. Once the 4 files are in the folder, the richardwinskill.co.uk-themed splash screen will be shown when KDE loads.
The images
Don't bother downloading these individual images, just download the single archive using the link above.

The actual quality of the bar is higher than the animation. Click on the animation to see the actual bar.
